SALERaw Honey by the Gallon
About this product
Raw Unfiltered Honey by the Gallon
One gallon of pure, unfiltered American honey, bottled fresh at Weeks Honey Farm in Omega, Georgia. Choose from distinct varietals sourced from U.S. beekeepers, with no imported blends.
Is a Gallon Right for You?
Made for serious honey users, this gallon is a smart fit for busy families, bakers, cafés, homesteaders, canners, and anyone who uses honey every day. One jug contains approximately 12 lb of honey, or about 250 one-tablespoon servings. Buying in bulk means fewer bottles to reorder and dependable honey on hand for everyday cooking and larger recipes.
Common Uses
- Sweeten tea, coffee, oatmeal, and yogurt
- Bake breads, cakes, cookies, and granola
- Make marinades, dressings, sauces, and glazes
- Drizzle over fruit, biscuits, cheese boards, or ice cream
- Use in canning, fermentation, and other large-batch recipes
Buckwheat and Bakery varieties are especially well suited to baking. Wildflower and Orange Blossom shine in raw applications where their flavor can come through.
Container, Storage & Handling
Your honey arrives in a sealed gallon jug designed for bulk pouring and storage. Keep it tightly closed at room temperature. Natural honey may crystallize over time; this is normal and does not mean it has spoiled. To liquefy it again, place the closed container in warm water and heat gently.
Shipping Expectations
Free shipping is included. Because this is a heavy food item, let the jug stand upright after delivery and check the seal before use.
Why Weeks Honey Farm?
Weeks Honey Farm has been family-owned and operated in Omega, Georgia since 1960. Three generations later, we still bottle honey with the same focus on quality, traceability, and supporting American beekeepers.
Varietal availability is limited and may change with the harvest.
How to enjoy it
- Use raw for maximum flavor and nutrition — drizzle over yogurt, cheese, or fruit. For baking, Bakery and Buckwheat varieties hold up beautifully to heat. Stir into warm (not boiling) tea to preserve enzymes. Store at room temperature; natural crystallization is normal and does not affect quality — gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water to reliquefy.
