Excellent Honey
I have been consuming Buckwheat honey for years. When I received my order from Weeks I noticed the color and thickness was not the same as I have been using. I thought why is it lighter in color and thinner than I was consuming from the Farmers Market I have been buying from. Maybe one was not the real Buckwheat. I researched your Company and seen it was reputable. Then I thought it maybe the Honey Stand at the local market was getting it from another source. Still not sure. I do like your Honey and will continue to buy from you now.

Plenty of scientific research studies suggest that buckwheat honey has powerful antibiotic properties that are on par or even better than the much more expensive manuka honey. Buckwheat honey has a more robust taste and may not be to everyone's liking. Personally I like the taste of buckwheat honey better than regular honey. Buckwheat honey will always deserve a place in our cupboards. one of our cats had a sore behind his ear that as not healing and the antibiotic ointment ointment the vet gave us did nothing even after a week of applying it daily. I decided to put a little dab of buckwheat honey and our cats ear sore healed up in about 4 days. I am not a scientist, but there is something in buckwheat honey that promotes healing. I reckon Manuka works also but at almost 10 times the price. Buckwheat honey would be cheap even if the price doubled. I hope it doesnt.
